Great achievement for our Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut by Graziana Grassini, which received a gold medal, at the Prosecco Master 2024 of “The Drink Business.”

Estate Abazia

The Abbazia (Abbey) Vineyard, which lies in the shadows of the Abbazia di S. Eustachio, is a remarkable property where the communication of nature and spirituality can not only be felt, but also seen, as the ruins of S. Eustachio, are gently caressed by the surrounding chestnut trees and vines.

It is here, where no less than 7 different types of grape are harvested, yielding Prosecco Superiore, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay for Cuvée, Manzoni Bianco and Glera for Passito. It is also at the Abbazia where we make our Superior Red, known as Umberto I (Primo). A stunning full bodied Red, which was named in homage to Dr. Ermenegildo Giusti’s beloved grandfather, Umberto Primo (the first).
